Reach the team that builds TeamShare.
Questions about a plan, a problem in your workspace, a security disclosure, or an integration you are trying to build? Pick the channel below and it will reach someone who can actually answer it.
Channels
Pick the one that fits.
Everything below reaches the same small team. The only difference is who picks it up first.
Help, bugs and billing
Something broken, a charge that looks wrong, or a complaint you want on record. This is the fastest route to a human, and you do not need an account.
Anonymous, with a reference code you can use to check the status later.
General enquiries
Pricing questions, partnerships, demos, procurement paperwork, or anything that does not fit one of the other channels on this page.
We aim to reply within two business days.
Security disclosures
Found something that looks wrong — an access control gap, a secret exposed where it should not be, or a dependency you are unsure about. Tell us privately.
Please report vulnerabilities by email rather than on a public support ticket.
Developers and the API
REST endpoints, webhooks, the agent bridge, MCP tools and the auth flow. Start with the reference and the guides before you email us.
Plans and pricing
What each plan includes for members, projects, agents and storage, and what it costs per month or per year in naira.
Product updates
What shipped recently and what we are building next, written up as it lands rather than as an announcement.
Response
What to expect after you get in touch
TeamShare is built by a small team, and support requests are answered by the same people who write the code — there is no ticket bot between you and us.
Support requests
You get a reference code straight away, with a reference code, and you can check the status of a submission any time without signing in.
Read during Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 WAT. We aim to reply within two business days, and sooner if it is blocking your work.
Security reports
Triaged ahead of everything else. Please include what you observed, how to reproduce it, and the impact you believe it has.
One thing to know
A support request is a one-time submission, not a conversation thread — so put as much detail as you can into the first message.
